On the west side of Fairview Street, just south of the house at 701 West Fourth Street, there is a Jeep Laredo (plate # IN 896BZL) that has been parked for a very long time in the same place, maybe a year. So long that the right front tire is nearly flat. The vehicle is also parked very inconveniently for any vehicle exiting the alley that runs from Jackson Street to Fairview. The sight lines are already bad, but the Jeep narrows the available street space to turn left or right from the alley. The street would be much safer if the vehicle was parked closer to Fourth Street, but with the flat tire it is also presently an inoperable vehicle. Any help getting the owner to move it to a safer place would be appreciated. Thank you.

there is a car parked on the street near our house overnight and all day that does not appear to have a neighborhood sticker. It has been there a few days.

Five dogs ran all around the yard, barking constantly, from 5 to 5:30 today at which time the two large dogs spent until 5:47 jumping against the back door to get back into the house. At no time did anyone come out of the house to look into all the noise being made.

This is a business account, Belle Tire, See attached video of leaking water meter. There appears to be a water leak directly in front of this residence. Seeps rather flows - but with cold weather it has created an ice patch on Rogers Street. This may have been going on for a bit of time as there is always some water there - but in warmer temps it flows downhill and is not as noticeable.

Hello! On the west side of High just south of Moores/Hillside, our 30 m/hr speed limit sign is gone. There are two driveways on this side. Could you replace the 30 mile hr missing sign and add a slow or driveway sign too. Grateful!!!!
