Snow plowed up 3or 4 feet high from snow plows blocking the sidewalk at this corner. It my understanding that this section of sidewalk (handicap ramp) is the responsibility of the City of Bloomington, this was told to me by the City of Bloomington. The snow has been here since 25 January.
Hello -- you closed my case (208109) without looking at the situation. USPS won’t deliver our mail because there is too much snow in the STREET in front of the mailbox. I don't believe that I am responsible for clearing a PUBLIC STREET. The city moved a large amount of snow and placed it in front of my mailbox and is now blocking access to my mailbox. Why can't the city fix the problem they caused? Can you please reconsider this? Thanks!
Completely un shoveled sidewalk in front of Binford elementary school. This is unexcused Hable and a safety hazard for pedestrians the road. Here is too narrow to walk in.

We're in the third week of this snow and this business hasn't so much as attempted to clear their sidewalk. It makes it dangerous for pedestrians who are forced into the street in the early mornings or evenings.
Snow and ice still cover the area between Kroger and the B-Line. Kroger's indifference to pedestrian access thus degrades the usefulness of the B-Line. Please fine them. This photo was taken at 4:40 PM on February 9, 2026 – 15 days after the end of the last snowstorm.
Home owner is letting his dogs go to the bathroom on the sidewalk and not picking it up. Dog feces frozen in the snow on the sidewalk. Same issue in the summer, owner not picking up after dogs.
Sidewalk diversion at convention center buildout has several patches of black ice.
I am disabled and use a mobility scooter to travel. The sidewalk on the west side of southbound Rogers St has not been cleared of snow so I am unable to navigate. I would attempt the other side of the street but there is a curb that prevents from getting to it with my mobility scooter and being in traffic is dangerous.
