Drive in College Park is such that if a driver doesn't negotiate turn, the vehicle could end up in a Varsity Villa unit. This has happened in the past. Complaintant has spoken with Carrithers @ College Park (?) about putting up a barricade, guard rail or something that would stop vehicles but nothing has been done.
