There is a bush hanging over the sidewalk at 230 S. Hillsdale Drive. This is at the corner of Hillsdale Drive & Hillsdale Court.

The empty lot to the East of 420 W. 2nd Street has trees/bushes overhanging onto the sidewalk. The trees/bushes are so overgrown they completely block this portion of sidewalk causing people to walk in the tree plot.
