The parking lot is a disaster. They've set storage containers in the actual spots so cars can't park there but it's become a party spot for the homeless. Trash is absolutely everywhere, there's sofas and cushions scattered about. It's becoming quite a safety issue.

Playground water fountain (center spout for water bottles) is running without stop, the button broken… seen at 10:00 PM as such

Does the fountain as City Hall Plaza ever flow? I took those photos Monday evening. The drinking fountain that I reported last month hasn't been fixed yet. Related?
