New tenants are parking in the alley on the east side of this house. They might not realize this house has no driveway.
This neighbor has been parking on the sidewalk for the past two weeks. This is a family neighborhood where everyone uses the sidewalk, including many children and animals. It is not safe to force them to walk in the road. I also imagine it poses a driving hazard for those needing to back up on either side. School starts next week and the kids in the neighborhood will need the sidewalk to walk to the bus. I left a friendly note as I passed by, but she continues to do so.

There is a really deep pothole on 3rd St right before Eagleson Ave. It looks like there has maybe been an unsuccessful attempt to patch it before, so it isn't jagged, but it is deep and jarring to hit (especially in my small car). Any effort to level this out would be greatly appreciated!
On E. Third St, in the south lane, just before the intersection with Eagleson, there is an area that was dug up for some sort of service, but filled inadequately. It's very rough to drive over. Like a worker-created pothole. It needs to be filled and smoothed over.
I have a rat that seems to have taken up residence under my deck. He has been feeding on droppings from my bird feeders, so I have stopped putting seed out. I have set traps but no success yet!
There is a yellow jacket nest on a tree that hangs right over the sidewalk. Worried that someone could get stung if they walk underneath. Thank you!!
Hi! Our yellowwood street tree has a small branch partially broken and hanging down in the road. I was wondering if you could please come and cut it? It’s a ragged break so I’m not sure exactly the best way to cut it. Thank you!
Someone experiencing homelessness has used the space that connects my neighbors fence with my as storage. I have noticed someone sleeping in this area near Blacks Lumber. The individual appears to be collecting items.
