Electrical panels (pedestal ?) and a/c unit are sitting in water which lies in sink hole #3.

H20 problem at sink hole#10. According to geologist, drainage from sink hole #3 should be connected to hole #10. Drainage doesn't seem to be effective because of flooding. Need to watch to make sure nothing is built on area.
