Road needs Resurfacing. It is crumbling into very rough, potholes and gravel. Difficult for pedestrian and bike riders alike. This pavement has been poorly patched, causing additional rock chunks to develop and get hit by traffic. Hasn't been resurfaced in at least 25 years.
