Google Maps believes E 10th St is entirely walkable, but in fact there is a stretch from the intersection at N Smith until the sidewalk starts at Fountain Park Apartments without any sidewalk. It is not safe to walk, and it also means many directions given online are dangerous.

Jefferson Street has created a severe, entirely predictable neighborhood parking crisis that requires immediate action, not bureaucratic delay. By transitioning this corridor to RM zoning in 2021, the planning department allowed small single-family homes to be replaced by massive multi-room apartments, skyrocketing the local population from roughly 20 to over 80 residents. Because the rear parking lots are fundamentally inadequate for this density, the city is now dragging out on-street permit authorizations while claiming to "look at the issue." This gridlock is unacceptable. Rather than stalling, the city should immediately coordinate with Indiana University to absorb this student-driven overflow. We suggest requiring or incentivizing the residents of these new complexes to utilize IU parking permits for the nearby Eigenmann Hall parking lot, which sits just a block away, effectively shifting the vehicle burden off neighborhood streets and onto the campus infrastructure designed to handle it.
Lights on the pickleball court shine brightly into the neighboring yards, even the back yards on the south side of the street on RCA Park Dr. Tree foliage blocks some of the light in the summer, but it's like a football stadium in the winter. I understand they are supposed to be on a timer but people play at all hours. Can a light shield be installed, or some other solution found? Trying to get ahead of this before winter.
This intersection is a safety issue. Theres a high volume of students crossing and traffic. The road is busy enough and the intersection is challenging. Please consider an overpass for pedestrians to safely cross Dunn!

My neighbors weeds are once again growing into and over my fence and is causing an issue for my mowing person who needs to mow along the backside of my fence this week. This was an issue last year and could only be resolved by contacting the city of Bloomington also the same neighbor has been burning trash and their backyard, causing me breathing issues. The trash smells when it burns.

Compost bin odor is so bad.I cannot sit on my front porch or open my windows. I don't know the guidelines for a compost in the city but I hope there are some. This is affecting me because I'm not able to enjoy my yard. I'm also afraid of any kind of vermin that it is attracting.
