The amount of vehicles constantly parked blocking the corner, causing difficult access for school busses, causing traffic issues around the corner with cars flying through is insane. This corner could benefit from a no parking sign. W Wylie is already a narrow enough street. Often the vehicles are immobile and just stagnant on the street. There is a stand of ornamental grass at this address next to the sidewalk that is impossible for pedestrians to avoid without walking in the street.

Handrails to an apartment building protrude onto the sidewalk. My last report received some bs response that it was required by building code and I'll make a side bet that the building code does not allow intrusions into the sidewalk. So I'm complaining again and looking for the correct response, which is not to ignore this situation. I would also note that similar handrails on the interior drives of this development do NOT encroach on their private spaces as they do onto this public sidewalk.

Northbound Rogers is not getting a protected left turn signal
Two partially downed branches are hanging over the street, low enough to hit passing cars. They pose a risk to parked cars of they fall.
This car has been sitting here for over two weeks without being moved. It takes up a lot of space, and it has been reported many times with nothing being done about it. It takes up parking spaces that people who actually live on the street can use. Please tow it.
