Following up on Case #214455 After speaking to Iris last Friday, who suggested I also file this report with INDOT using their INDOT 4 U system due to the complicated nature of the roads related to this issue, I did so on 9/25/26. I'm attaching here a screenshot of the quick response I received, also on 9/25/26, from Lisa Wisely, Customer Satisfaction Manager. Case 01312208 is now considered 'resolved' through INDOT. Thank you Kyle in advance for your assistance!

Hey I noticed a change to the left turn arrows on west second street, at Liberty and Walmart. Instead of flashing yellow with 2-way green it's been changed to a red left arrow, as I'm sure you're aware. I'm also sure there's a good reason for it, but I've never seen traffic as backed up trying to enter Walmart as I have the last couple days. And today I sat through a red arrow with 2 greens while there was no one else around, except for the guy across from me, also sitting through a red left arrow. Seems inefficient, and I hope it gets changed back soon. Thanks for your attention!

Re: #214472 - disregard - I think the image file I treied to upload was too big - but the system didn't handle it gracefully is all - it just resets the form.
