I read in the paper that 50+ trees are going to be removed by INDOT to widen the intersection at Pete Ellis and 10th St. We are a tree city and have been so for over 40 years. I hope the city is planning to work with the state on hopefully being able to save some of these beautiful 50+ year old trees. Yes, the intersection needs to be improved but hopefully a creative solution can be found. Please work together to think creatively about how to solve this issue. We greatly value our trees in Bloomington. Thank you!

Hello: I am sick of seeing these vagrants walking by my house at the corner of College Street and West Hillside Drive. I spoke to an officer last Tuesday and requested more police car drive by’s, evidently it is not working. I appreciate it, if more police cars can be visible in this neighborhood, behind the Switchyard Park, which drives them in. Please put a barrier on College Street and the South Side of the park by the Walnut Street side of the SWITCHYARD Park Parking Lot where the vagrants enter and exit with back packs and bicycles going through the Railroad Park neighborhood where your police department and YOU ignore for safety. I’ve reported this issue to Governor Braun, Erin Houchin US Representative of the House of Representatives and US Senator Todd Young. Same situation as case #183127 and maybe #68269. Sidewalk along north side of Cottage Grove and west of Lincoln is wet when it has not rained, and smells of sewage. Starting at Lincoln, walk west. The 12th sidewalk section is wet as are the next (continuing west) ~10 sidewalk sections. Out-of-town property owner.

A car is continuously parked in the yard. Mostly evenings and weekends but also many weekdays.

Trash cans left on side of road after pickup. Does this reporting work? I've been reporting this issue at this address for 5 straight weeks and nothing has been done about it. They refuse to move the cans away from the street. This is a lousy system.
