We have access only through the alleyway behind the houses in this area. Can someone please come out to plow this area so we don't have to dig ourselves out to the main street? I know you are very busy clearing main roads but many of us can't get to work without the alleyway getting cleared. Thank you very much.
Please plow the alley connecting Eagleson to S Highland Ave. they came by this morning and pushed MORE snow down the alley and closed the ticket. This is a utility alley for Duke and has 8 houses driveways connected and has been maintained and plowed by the city before. We have an essential worker and many elderly residents who have drs appt and can not get out. They usually approach from the eagleson side and push the snow out and onto highland. Please help. Island connecting Winslow Farm Drive to our driveway is part of the public street system, as I understand it. It has not been plowed. Three houses are situated on the island.

Please clear the alley that connects Eagleson to S Highland. I am an emergency worker and none of the owners can get their vehicles out to a street. Most of the home owners are elderly and can’t assist.
The plow trucks have been through our neighborhood, Sycamore Knolls, but did not clear our cul-de-sac, Rock Creek Ct.
Greenfield Court has not been been plowed.
