Flooding from the drainage creek that runs along Patterson (by Catalent). My home on Allen is 4 houses down from the creek. I've lived here since Aug 2013, and this has only been an issue since 2018/19. It's flooded to this extent 5 times in the last 3 years, never once in the 5 years prior. This timeframe roughly correlates with when infrastructure construction happened for Switchyard Park which is just a couple blocks away. When I've reported previously, I've simply been told "no blockage found." So I'm hoping for more feedback this time. I think the city needs to look into flooding mitigation in our neighborhood.
House immediately west of Big Brothers & Big Sisters, who are at 714 W 8th; NE corner of Maple & 8th St, has never had grass cut this year. It's three feet tall.
There is a large trailer with someone living in it parked on Maple Street just North of 8th Street. It is taking up at least two parking spaces and they are using large chunks of limestone to keep it from rolling downhill. It has an extension cord going all the way across Maple Street plugged into a home. It has been parked there for at least three weeks.
Grass growing through sidewalk on Maple St. side of property.
Bags must have sticker attached. Must have $1 tags.
work going on with no permit on 2/25/2000. This needs to be monitered very closely due to loss of nonconfroming use as a triplex .
Sidewalk has large gaps weeks after construction
