U-report 191557 says resolved. My opinion not this overgrowth is in the faces of the service. I hire to mow the city alley. If I have to remove snow from sidewalks in the winter for safety, this overgrowth is a hazard. It contains poison ivy and is very close to falling into my off street parking. Civic duty take care of it homeowners.

I understand the cost-saving of electronic messaging. Do you have special provision to contact non-tech savvy (often) elders directly? For years, ctizens have complained about the City's failure to communicate and be transparent. This approach to letting them know about complying with this important regulation isn't the best.

Some thing is going on over Smith Rd. Travel is very heavy on Heritage Rd . Before, the Heritage Rd is a side street, parking is allowed, even it’s a public street not a public parking area. Now it become a Main Street, park on the side of the street really creates a very dangerous situation. Is possible city can provide a better place for those park on the street to move to? It’s much safe for the rest of the drivers.

The large sweet gum tree in the right of way in front of our home has a very hefty branch that is growing directly toward our house and is very close to the front of the house and hangs down into my front garden. During large winds, the branch sways widely and is a danger to the sidewalk and our home. Can you trim the branch? Thank you!
Recycling was not picked up this week (Thursday). I brought the cart back in today but not sure if I should return it to the curb for a late pickup.
