Fallen utility lines on property. (I don't know who's, i've checked). None of my utilities are affected, but lines running across property. It may be phone service, cable service, television?
The alley to the north of this property is in bad condition. It would be helpful to have it repaired prior to move-in

Hello Folks, Please consider removing the restrictions on permissible files for uploading. The current size & limited file type is unhelpful for reporting. Under the previous administration, I could snap a photo of the issue & then submit with UReport to the City of Bloomington. Individual continues to park silver mustang on lawn, despite plenty of room in their driveway and on street. This is not a permit parking neighborhood, either.
The stop sign on Henderson at MAxwell, northbound is blocked by greenery
Vegetation overgrowth on sidewalk. Not sure if this is responsibility of CFC who owns the parking lot or the house owner of 418 E. 8th as it appears to be in between. But there is now a path that people are going into the grass because nobody can get by the tree branches on the sidewalk.
There are several spots along the Rail Trail (dirt/gravel section of the B-Line) where dirt has been dug up across the full width of the trail to build impromptu bike jumps. This has resulted is trip hazards and an uneven trail surface. I counted 2 spots where his had occurred during my visit yesterday. Can someone review and hopefully correct this please?
I am sensitive to the needs of the unhoused and the city needs to be doing much more to protect them and provide them safe living spaces, but it is frustrating to me that I cannot walk my dog in any of the parks near me (Bryan park, switchyard) without feeling unsafe because of homeless people yelling at and following me. Bryan park used to be a safe park.
7/3/24 our recycling was not picked up despite our bin being curbside since 7p the night before. It appears our recycling bin was skipped and the remainder of the neighborhood was collected.
