Sidewalk on 2nd St. (by 601 S. Woodlawn Ave.) impassable due to overgrowth of ivy & bushes. Corners of 2nd & Woodlawn.
Brush pile in an abandoned alleyway behind 418 E. University St. has become a fire hazard. See info. attached from complaintant & mayor's office.

Appreciates paving on 4th & Rogers, But... Says the paving somehow changed the SW corner of 4th & Rogers so that water pools up in the walkway. Afraid this will freeze in winter.
Says alley between Fess and Park "is really bad, full of potholes". Would like to have more gravel laid to fill holes, or have alley paved.
SZAKALY TALKED WITH SUSIE JOHNSON, CODE ENF., HER DRIVEWAY FLOODS BECAUSE OF THE 3 LOTS UPHILL FROM HER RESIDENCE. THESE 3 LOTS DRAIN ONTO HER PROPERTY FILLING & FLOODING HER STORM INLETS. THIS APPEARS TO BE A DEVELOPMENT WIDE PROBLEM.
Overflowing dumpster in alley east of the Allen Bldg. & Indiana Theater. Rumpke won't empty due to non-payment.
LOW WATER PRESSURE
Dumpster in the north/south alley between the Odd Fellows Bldg. and the old Indiana Theatre has not been emptied in 2 weeks. Wilkerson does not know who the dumpster belongs to. Please call and let him know what is being done.
