This is a Jeff Jones rental property that the city has a law suit against. There is a vehicle in the rental property with flat tires and expired plates. Please address and communicate with City legal as well.

The street light in front of my house provides light indiscriminately, as do all the lights in the neighborhood. Does the city have any plans to work with Duke to replace the fixtures to ones (possibly more energy efficient - saving money in the long term) that direct the light toward the ground to reduce the light pollution? I asked Duke about the one near me and their response was to contact the city. Thank you for your consideration.
