Anonymous caller called Public Works, and the voice mail message was referred to CBU. The caller complained about the sewage odor coming from Dillman. Caller said odor could be smelled as much as 1 mile away. Caller requested that something be done or she would "call EPA."
Other/other: Pops - can you grav their trash? In the garage area.
SOUTH TANK OVERFLOW
Public Works Dept. received an anonymous telephone call on 8/24/98 stating that Utilities Dept. employee Scot Osborn put a "SUPPORT NRA" sticker on the window of his vehicle.
Citizen says Aqua Pay Brochure is misleading and incorrect. Brochure says you call call 24 hours a day for information, he called and operator knew nothing about the program, or the evening appointments that are supposed to be available.
Upset with discrepancy in account that she thought was taken care of. JA has full copy of original email.
Joyce Poling, Monroe Co. Commissioner, called on 5/20/98 to inquire about sewer discharges in homes in the Rusgan & Ramble area. Caller was referred to Mike Bengtson.
Mr. Hamric came in on 7/8/98 and reported that the water he is using to put in the pool at Woodridge Condos at the Pointe is green. It has been green for 48 hours - no odor, no taste. This is a Southern Monroe customer, but he was advised to check with CBU because the water is purchased from us. The Monroe Co. Health Dept. has tested the water and cannot find cause.
AN E-MAIL COMPLAINT WAS RECEIVED IN THE UTILITIES DEPT. STATING THAT THE STREET LIGHTS AT 7TH & ROGERS WERE NOT OPERATING AND HAVE NOT BEEN OPERATING FOR OVER 2 WEEKS. THIS COMPLAINT WAS REFERRED TO THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPT.
