Trash can replacement delivered by Heath Whaley. These residents were very angry on the phone and claimed that they knew for a fact the trash can would never be delivered. It was delivered today, 3/21/2013
Vehicle has been parking in front yard adjacent to Walnut and creating ruts.
The neighbor states that there is a great deal of trash in the backyard. They have tried to talk to the owner of the property but it has not helped. They are concerned about animals getting in to the trash and getting it everywhere.

the tenants have left lots of things in the yard, an ice box, furniture, ECT. And they haven't cleaned it up.
This house is a rental. The people from the summer have moved out and have left a bunch of junk in the yard and on the back porch. There large item pick-up date is on Fridays (Sept. 4th & 11th). The neighborhood has had problems with this residence before with trash piling up and some residents have seen rats around the area.
