This has been reported several times before. It looks like the trash is in the City ROW. How long do we have to drive by this landfill or should we take it as an invitation to dump our trash there also. Lets treat every the same. If they don’t have to pay for trash service why should the rest of us.

There is a Doberman that lives in Apartment 19. Not only does he lunge at other dogs but he also lunges at adults and kids. When they take him out side he has to wear a muzzle and if we are out side they either wait till we are in the car before they start walking inside with him or if we take our dogs out they wait till we move far away before going back inside. Well today July 30th while my sister took one of my dogs out he managed not only to get out of his harness but he also got either out of his muzzle or wasn't wearing it and he went after my sister and dog. My sister managed to get them into a different apartment door but barely. According to my sister the lady didnt try hard to get a control of him or grab him till he almost bit my dog and sister. We already sent an email to our landlord and are waiting for his reply. Not only do we have two dogs but we have 4 kids two of which are very little.
When College was reopened, the traffic signal was not calibrated properly for east-west traffic and has caused MANY near collisions. Here's the issue: After southbound traffic gets a red, the westbound signal turns green 1.5 seconds before the eastbound signal. This is because the eastbound signal is timed with a Leading Pedestrian signal, but the westbound signal isn't. The westbound signal turns green as soon as the east-west crosswalk light turns white. This isn't a huge issue, since the south crosswalk doesn't get used right now due to construction. However, this 1.5 second lead has caused many near collisions between south-turning drivers and eastbound drivers. South-turning drivers get a green, and the eastbound drivers don't start moving (because their light is still red). So south-turning drivers begin their turn, believing the eastbound drivers are letting them go. Then eastbound drivers get their green and enter the intersection while southbound drivers are turning into it. I thought south-turning drivers were just running a red until the third near-collision. Then I walked to the intersection and timed the lights to figure out what was happening. POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS SOLUTIONS: 1) Program the westbound traffic light with the leading pedestrian interval 2) Remove the leading pedestrian interval for the eastbound light 3) Reinstate the protected left turn for westbound traffic (so they get the green arrow before eastbound traffic gets a green signal)
On E. Third St, in the south lane, just before the intersection with Eagleson, there is an area that was dug up for some sort of service, but filled inadequately. It's very rough to drive over. Like a worker-created pothole. It needs to be filled and smoothed over.
Shrubs on NW corner of lot are almost completely blocking sidewalk
Vehicles consistently driving at high rates of speed on Winslow Rd. The detour on Rhorer Rd has exasperated this problem. It would behoove our community if there were some traffic calming measures implemented here, or actual enforcement of posted speed limits by BPD.
This stuff has been sitting here for days and more items keep getting added to the street area. The vehicles never move. The vehicles are storage areas for more stuff.
The easement on the south side of E Winslow Road has become severely overgrown and the sidewalk is nearly inaccessible. It is not wide enough for people to pass by each other at this point without having to submerse yourself into the weeds.
