Large, tie rod bust in’, alignment ruining pot hole in eastbound lane

Pavement section is sinking on one side and raising some on the other. It's right next to a sanitary sewer lid and has been filled the last two years but keeps sinking. Appears a large lateral t's in from Wylie in this location and the sunken area is on top of that just to the east of the sewer lid.

A dead possum has been lying on High St in front of our house for two days. This morning we see that someone has tossed it onto the side of road in front of our house.
