Citizen says her new rubbermaid trash can lid was run over by sanitation crews, though she did not witness it. Feels this is very careless and she should receive better service for as much money as the city makes off trash. Wants something done about her can lid - she's taken it back in and is going to see if she can find a replacement somewhere.
