This broken down vehicle blocking access to two properties at 1406 W 6th street. It is parking in the grass of an undeveloped city alleyway. It is not running, blocking two properties and blocking a city alleyway

Someone needs to fix this before the street collapses. The utilities company says there’s a stream under ground that is bubbling to the surface. Additional background: there was a water main break about 6-10 feet from this location about 6 months ago and there was no indication there was a river running underground.

We had a water main break a few feet from this location about 6 months ago. I know a utility worker came out and said there was no issue, but you might want to double check. Seems like a lot of water to just randomly show up.

People, and especially Uber/Lyft drivers park right at the stop sign at the intersection of 18th St and N Dunn St by Evolve Apartments and double park along 18th St all of the time and this creates a huge issue for traffic traveling on the street.
