#16842111 is the last case number for the same problem. The creek behind our house is once again dirty. This has been checked before and happens intermittently and I try to report it when I see it. Apparently, someone upstream is doing something they shouldn't be doing.
My U Report #171360 prob ably should have been sent to this department.

Sweet repeats has several temp signs without permit
Dumpster everyday overflows with trash and has debris scattered around dumpster, including rotting food and hypodermic needles. Area requires being picked up daily. Monroe County Health informed caller that he needed to speak with HAND. If problem unresolved, caller will contact us again.
