2 security patrol vehicles for the b line trail were pulled over on the trail smoking cigarettes. Not good for people like myself with asthma. Not good for encouraging citizens not to smoke on the trail.
Dayton Freight driver noted multiple individuals smoking cigarettes and one smoking a marijuana vape while waiting to be unloaded. Driver stated male 6'0 white beard and hair, skinny, late 40s. The street sign at the corner of S. High Street and Wimbleton Lane is broken, with the street names hanging down so that they are very hard to see.
We received a phone call reporting that the light at the intersection of S. Walnut St. and E. Miller Dr. is changing to green on E. Miller Dr. without any vehicles waiting. He said that the green light is long and traffic backs up on S. Walnut St. He notices this issue most during the day.
