Tenants from Heritage Apts are putting furniture items beside thier dumpster. The owner of Dorchester Village Apt's (1610 S. There is a massive pot hole in my apartment complex. I am unsure if you are the authority to have this repaired or if my leasing office has to make the request - but the hole causes damage on people's cars!

The sidewalk on the street has not been cleared. Also within the complex sidewalks have not been cleared even for those using handcapped parking. It is very dangerous.

The privacy fence on the southeast corner is falling down and parts are missing. This is allowing people to use this as a short cut on to private property that borders the back of the apartment. Attempts to contact the apartment have fallen on deaf ears.
