People have been using this walking trail as a road using cars, trucks, and motorized scooters. Driving cars on this path is unacceptable. There was once a cable at the top stopping people from driving but it has been cut. Please put a metal post at the beginning and end of this path preventing vehicles before someone gets injured.

The striping separating the eastbound lane of W Dodds St from the westbound lane/S College merge lane is always gone. This creates visual confusion. Many drivers going east drive in the middle of the road because it appears unstriped. Then, drivers coming southbound from S College don't realize that they have a small width to turn into, causing a severe collision hazard. I use this junction to leave my neighborhood, and 80% of the time, someone is flying down south on S College and coming far too close to my vehicle at speed. This could be fixed with a small, highly visible *physical barrier*, perhaps of concrete or rubber. I have not once seen the painted stripe at this location since it apparently wears off so fast.

White Mustang parked on Eastside Drive too close to the intersection. Indiana license plate 261 LTW. White Ford Mustang. Car has been in this location from Monday 10-14, 7 pm until 10-15, 8 am (at the time of me submitting this online form). The car obstructs drivers approaching from the west on Maxwell Lane turning south on the 900 S. block of Eastside Drive.

Hello, I am the crossing guard for this spot outside of Child’s Elementary school. I have been having issues with people driving dangerously. I am worried about someone being hurt - including myself. People have yelled at me, given me hand gestures, and I have had people purposefully drive quickly towards me to only stop last second before hitting me. I am not the only one who has complaints about this. Nearly all the parents who walk their children through have this complaint and I can get their input too if necessary. I believe a speed radar sign or type of speed bump could help. This road is dangerous and I believe it is only a matter of time before there is an accident.

Observed today at 1030 hrs. Eastbound vehicle making a U turn after the Overhill traffic island to turn onto Overhill. Traffic was not heavy but this could have impacted 3 lanes of traffic. FYI.

I am very concerned about the speed of traffic on Vermilya avenue. The apartment complex down the street has several speed bumps which ensures traffic remains at a safe speed. I want to request a couple speed bumps to be installed on Vermilya Ave. Several drivers fly down this road at a very unsafe rate of speed. This is a quiet neighborhood with several pedestrians (including children and pets) walking the street/sidewalks at all hours of the day. Please help me make this happen. The City should check out the traffic issues happening on S. Woodlawn Ave from Maxwell to 1st. People are now parking on both sides of the street, often directly across from other cars, reducing this area to a single lane for two way traffic. This particular stretch of Woodlawn is relatively busy. People are parking so close to 1st on both sides of Woodlawn that sometimes you cannot even turn to go south on Woodlawn from 1st without needing to wait for a car at the stop sign on Woodlawn headed north to clear out (and hope the cars coming up behind it realize they need to stay back and let people through). I know legally right now the road allows parking on both sides. This could be evaluated and consider removing parking from one side of the street as people are not very smart about where they park and it is creating a hazardous reduction in traffic flow that is difficult for vehicles and bicycles to navigate.
