South bound lane,West side of street, going uphill, there is a prominent outward portion of the curbing. It is painted yellow, but now black from repeated contact by vehicle tires. It needs to be rounded off, and move toward the sidewalk. When I struck this prominent angled curb, it resulted in a blowout of my right front tire. The Bland wrecker truck driver said “ Oh, I get lots of business from that curb” so my experience is not unique. Please fix for the nest drivers, and contact me if there are any questions. On the west side of the intersection at S. College Mall Road and E. Covenanter Drive, there is a lot of sand and debris in the streeet. This intersection needs swept up and cleaned up. This is supposed to be a bicycle route and the amount of sand and gravel in that intersection makes it quite dangerous.

Traffic light is operating from a timer, not traffic. I am experiencing this as the only car north/south in the mornings around 5:30a.m.; no cars east/west to trigger the signal

On the west side of the intersection at Covenanter and College Mall Road there is a lot of sand and gravel in the road as of a few days ago.
