the ground under the concrete has washed away causing a hole that broke the concrete and created a large hole
I own property at the lower end of Brooks Drive (1305). The section between where the cutout for my neighbor's drive and my property is covered by an easement I granted several years ago to the city. That section of pavement is badly in need of new blacktop as is the driveway on my property. I need to get some guidance about what I can do--and any help the city might provide. Downed tree on neighbor's property. Downspouts draining onto neighbor's property.
The water supply has had a noticeable odor an taste, over the past few weeks. Both at home, and at work. I've asked around and all of my colleagues on campus agree.
Weeds overhanging sidewalk on SW and SE corners of property, but it's not clear if plants belong to this property or the neighboring ones.

I received a phone call today saying that the potholes I reported last week had been repaired. After inspecting the area at around noon I found this not to be the case. I suspect the person who evaluated the situation was noticing that some alley repair had been completed in the spring/summer at the street entrance however about ten to twenty yards up from the street entrance is where the problem area is. Old pavement has crumbled away and cars are bottoming out. To remind you of the location, this is the first alleyway on the south side of 6th street east of Adams. It is a very high traffic alley way due to the fact that there is off street parking for several apartments on Kirkwood behind my house (1221 W. 6th). If you follow the alley way around to the left (exiting on Pine Street) you will find many more problem spots. I hope these issues can be addressed soon before the really bad weather arrives. Thank you!
