Residents at Chandler Glen are concerned about the bus stop at 17th St. In order to reach the bus stop, they must cross a busy road that has poor visibility due to hills on either side. Neighbor reports that there are multiple bags of trash in the yard and that animals get into the trash and scatter it. nieghbor stated that the owner moved in her son and now there are 10 or 12 people there all of the time. Neighbor would like this mater dealt with as soon as possible as she is worried about rodents.

There is a duplex located behind Beacon Hill Apartments, which has nine glass panes (2 panes are broken) in the side yard. Caller is afraid that children will get hurt on the broken glass. Trash (old a/c, picnic table) in the yard too.
