Residents @ 526 N. Lincoln dumped trash in above dumpster. Two witnesses, residents moved out over the weekend and dumped lots of trash in dumpster and alley.

SW corner house has chain link fence that is covered with weeds. Residents do not take care of their yard.

CREEK NEAR PROPERTY NOT CLEANED OUT OR DEEP ENOUGH. WATER BACKS UP ON HIS PROPERTY NEAR THE DOOR OF HIS HOUSE.
JACKSON CREEK RUNS BEHIND HOUSE. STATED THAT FLOODING HAS INCREASED SINCE THE SARE ROAD PROJECT.
WATER DRAINING ONTO PRIVATE PROPERTY
