The parking garage entrance on Morton between 6th and 7th as of 2pm today had a problem. The EXIT sign over the exit by the street was hanging down. Only one corner seemed attached.

I have a monthly pass to park my black Mercedes Benz sedan at the 4th Street Garage. On Wednesday March 27, 2024, I drove my car out of the garage and returned it around 1pm ish. My car did not have any scratch on the back bumper. I picked it up this morning Friday March 29, 2024, and I noticed that my car's back bumper was scratched. The person who scratched it was honest and left a note on my front windshield. I tried reaching out to the person today Friday March 29, 2024 and this person has not reached back to me. I have a picture of the note and the damage to my car. I know that the garage has cameras. My car was packed on the 3rd floor closer to the elevators. Are you able to check the cameras to identify the person who damaged the back bumper of my car. I am attaching the note from the person apologizing for the accident plus the damage to my back bumper. I will like my car fixed and I will appreciate any help the 4th Street garage team can offer to get this resolved.

The two lights in the alley along the west wall of the 4th Street parking garage are out. The one closest to the photographer in this photo has been out since a few weeks after the garage opened. I would suspect that they are both still under warranty. The alley is pretty dark, the photo is misleading as to the light level there. Thanks, Brian

Subject: Re: uReport Case #162510 - 3433_E._Third_St._property_needs_owner_attention Mike Arnold -- An update from a coupe weeks past on this address, I have been been busy or else would have sent a message sooner. 2/10/18: I reported to Bloomington Police the north, back of house, doors open. Lower door wide open, upper door open but storm door closed. Officers (six) arrived and cleared the house, Windows are still unlocked and storm windows may be opened as they are not closed in place on nearly all windows. Please make contact with the owner and request that they close all windows and check the two doors so they may be closed and locked. I have mentioned to you in the past, on the lower door, stone wall has fallen and mud prevents storm door to close. This needs attention. Please be more aggressive in your home owner contact. Monitoring this house and follow up on securing the house is now using Police time and resources. Plus my time and others neighbors concern that the house is being entered by homeless and others trespassers. It appears a mess inside and needs attention. If you cannot get results on this homeowner's negligence, see history back to 2004 where the city has sited issues, I will follow up with the Mayor and City legal. This needs to be solved to hold the homeowner accountable for action before something bad happens; house fire, frozen water pipes, trespassers cause issues. If you can, please tell me who the homeowner is and their contact information. I am willing to contact them to discuss issues (as the Neighborhood Association representative) - plus Bloomington Police wish to make contact. Constituent said that the neighbor has a basketball goal that is in the street and in front of her yard/driveway. She said that it was a danger and has almost been hit multiple times. Address of owners of basketball goal is 3712 W. Parkview Drive. May need to be referred to neighborhood compliance officer.

Tall metal tower behind house (radio tower?) appears to be old, and the bottom of the tower is overgrown with vegetation. It's an eyesore at best and probably a hazard.
