When exiting or entering Woodyard from my home in a vehicle, I must cross the walking trail. There is no signage to designate right of way or caution to either drivers or walkers/bikers. I feel this is an unsafe situation for both driver and pedestrian and right of way should be clearly designated. Other private driveways on the trail have signs that indicate cross traffic does not stop. I would suggest the same signage here.

Yard is overgrown and unkempt, deck in rear is half torn apart, bathroom fixtures laying out back.
Mounds of trash bags up against the fence for months and infested with rodents and bugs
Kittens got into nest and found baby in mouth he’s fine he’s ate healthy poop but I can’t find mother he’s been sitting in different spots
They will not mow there grass it looks like a jungle. It's an eye sore
