Public Works Dept. received an anonymous telephone call on 8/24/98 stating that Utilities Dept. employee Scot Osborn put a "SUPPORT NRA" sticker on the window of his vehicle.
Public Works Dept. received an anonymous telephone call on 8/24/98 stating that Utilities Dept. employee Scot Osborn put a "SUPPORT NRA" sticker on the window of his vehicle.
Anonymous caller called Public Works, and the voice mail message was referred to CBU. The caller complained about the sewage odor coming from Dillman. Caller said odor could be smelled as much as 1 mile away. Caller requested that something be done or she would "call EPA."

Clean out lid missing at the end of the building by the trash cans.

SEWER ODOR IN LATORRES RESTRANT. 1155 S COLLEGE MALL ROAD.
ADDRESS IS CORNER OF WINDING WAY AND KINSER PIKE. BACK FLOW IN MAIN COMES FROM NORTH AND CUSTOMER THINKS THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MAIN.
ROAD NEEDS TO BE COLD PATCHED, DUE TO A WATER REPAIR.
Mr. Reed stated that he conferred with Mike Bengtson re. costs before he quoted a job. Mr. Bengtson did not quote the sewer connection fee of $1,600.00. Mr. Reed requests that the sewer connection fee of $1,600.00 be returned to him because he was given misinformation.
Rec'd. a call from Mayor's Office. An anonymous caller stated to them that she was driving behind a yellow vehicle (611) when a piece of wood fell off. The driver did not stop to pick up wood - continued driving. Caller felt this was careless and wants to be sure all materials in back of trucks are tied down or secured in the future.
