One of the 4 large reflector signs on the circle chicane in the middle of the intersection of 6th and Oak is missing. It has been missing for a couple months now. The post is still there but apparently someone took the sign off of it.

This is what I was left with, after your recycle gang "emptied" it on Thursday morning. The trash crew always gets here about 2 hours earlier than the recycle truck, and that was still full when I left home at 6:15 am.

I live at 3260 Southern Oaks dr there is a cover not on /missing on a water valve at 3256 Southern oaks dr. My neighbor has hit it with his lawn mower and destroyed 2 of them see rust in the picture of the last hit this year. They are Chinese I believe here affiliated with IU. I have tried to put this lid back on and it seems to be not the lid for this or there is another reason it will not fit. It is a trip hazard right next to the sidewalk.
