At the intersection of Kinser Pike and SR46. When travelling north on Kinser Pike on the south side of 46 and waiting to turn right (to head east on 46), there is room for a right turn lane, but it is only partially paved and has some major ruts that makes it almost impossible to turn right on red. I'd suggest paving this area and providing a full right turn lane to ease traffic congestion. Thanks
Recently added drain and curb shows major erosion.
Virgil Sauder, not sure if the other picture was able to be opened. I have attached a jpeg picture.
This deer is at the exit of EastBay apartments. It has been here for several days. You almost hit it when you try to pull out onto the bypass.
The grass lot next to 611 W 11th street is extremely overgrown and hasn’t been mowed potentially at all yet this year. The grass comes up to my thighs in some places and is full of bugs from being so overgrown.
At the intersection of walnut and sr 45/46 the stop light going north and south on walnut only allows for 3 cars to get through. Just now I was the 4th car back and I did not make it to the intersection before the light turned yellow. Last week I was the 2nd car back and the light turned yellow before I exited the intersection. This is especially frustrating considering the light going east and west stays green for a significant amount of time. I think this should be a simple fix to make the walnut light green for longer and would save citizens a significant amount of perril.

Under uReport Case #211361 I reported a large pothole located between the Johnson's Creamery building and the Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church that needed to be repaired for parking. I received a response that this has been repaired as of 1:50 PM today. I then took photos of the pothole that has NOT been repaired at about 2:30 PM. I cannot respond to the message, so I am making a new report. The prior report was assigned to Cheyenne Bowlen. Thanks!
Long tree limb hanging all the way down into the road (have to go in other lane to get around)
