The house at 801 W. 4th. has not been mowed for a long time. The grass is knee high, and unsightly for the neighborhood. There do not appear to be current occupants, although it has been used both as a rental property and as an Airbnb. Thank you
There southern loop of Pine Meadows Dr is riddled with potholes. Crews attempted to fix them one day during a heavy rain and the water was so deep, whatever mix went into the potholes didn't stay. They need patched all the way up and down that southern loop of Pine Meadows Dr.

Hello, my name is Rob. I am a state certified Firefighter and EMT. I Collect fire and EMS patches. I really want to start collecting police patches. I'm not sure if people other than a LEO can ask for a patch but I wondered because I am still in emergency services as a fireman and an EMT If I could request a used patch from your police department. I was severely injured about a year ago and cannot go back to firefighting. I can scan copies of my Michigan fire and EMS certifications if needed to prove I am legit. The traffic light for 10th st intersection of College is blocked by the tree on the northeast corner. The left most lane cannot see the signal. The timing for the 11th st and 10th traffic lights make this more hazardous as a green turning to yellow on 11th will result in a red on 10th. This section of College is also a fairly steep grade.
The location is a lot in St. James Woods, which has been purchased but has no home construction on it. The lot is now filling up with very tall grasses/weeds. The neighborhood concern has to do with broader weed dispersion into adjoining lots/landscaping; as well as the potential to attract unwanted wildlife (e.g., rats, skunks, possums, etc.) which can easily travel to neighboring lots.
