Ticket 177562 was closed but these residents are still leaving trash, burning trash, and holding tons of waste in their yard. I beg someone to please take this seriously and request and enforce them to clean this mess up and not closing these tickets until these people remediate the issue. The problem is this area has become the wild west, and people are completely disregarding city rules/mandates/etc and nobody is taking any of it seriously. It's attracting dangerous people to this area, and its become a hotspot for drug dealers and homeless people. There are kids in this neighborhood, and its very depressing having neighbors leaving trash all over the place and making this neighborhood look the way it is looking. We are relying on you guys to please enforce this. It's enforced in other parts of town, it should especially be enforced here where the major problems are. Please have these owners take this seriously.

I walk Kirkwood to get coffee at Soma every morning. Next to the Z and C Teriyaki across from Nick's is a homeless gentleman who is always sleeping there. There is always trash, sometimes a dog. Often he is also there at other times. He often is loud if he isn't sleeping. This has been going on a long time and I am not sure why he hasn't been asked to vacate. I understand that homeless individuals will be on Kirkwo and I have no pr with this. But the trash and the fact that he has chosen to camp out there is a concern

Overgrowth on property that used to be Players Pub is insane and has continued to grow along the line of trees directly behind my building. I was told that this line of trees belongs to the City of Bloomington and I'd like someone to look at cleaning both the Players Pub property and the tree line up. It's become unsightly and unsafe with the current homeless population using the area for shelter and drug use. Thank you.

The owner of this property has let a bunch of homeless people move in and they have trash completely laying all over the front yard, clothes everywhere, the back yard they burn trash and it makes the entire neighborhood smell like burnt plastic.

The two building directly to the north of my building are currently unsafe with multiple viewings of homeless and users coming and going from in between the buildings. It's not safe for anybody to be back there with the activity that happens daily. The light on that property is also out and there have been homeless camping in the unkept wooded area behind my property that is owned by the City. I thought that the two buildings were to be torn down at one point, but it seems that the issues were temporarily fixed and the owner was allowed to keep the buildings up. Garbage and debris all over the property and it's left there for days to blow into neighboring yards. City Bus shelter littered with garbage every day which collects overnight when the busses aren't running. Homeless citizens use the bus shelter as a living room from 4pm till midnight or later dropping garbage and causing noise disturbances. The free food cabinet in front of the property is a great idea, but canned food bakes in the direct afternoon sun every day which is a health hazard.

Four or five abandoned vehicles on the street with homeless living inside some and tearing apart others to sell parts. ALSO, one large trash bin on the side of the road. I asked J and B Disposal to place it out from the side of the road and they don't know where to put it. The bin has both lids missing and trash blows down the street onto my property. My family and visitors have to SQUEEZE between abandoned vehicles and a trash bin.

AGAIN! WE HAVE HOMELESS CAMPERS ON CITY PROPERTY! WE HAVE YOUNG FEMALE EMPLOYEES WORKING FOR OUR BUSINESS AND THIS IS NOT A GOOD WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND COULD BE VERY DANGEROUS. THE CITY HAS REMOVED THESE CAMPSITES INB THE PAST AND I HOPE THEY WILL DO SO AGAIN.
