When at the stop sign at west Tapp Rd and Leonard Springs Rd, it is difficult to see to the south around street limbs and starts from a larger tree. This is already a busy and dangerous intersection and reduced visibility due to foliage increases risk. I am requesting that the limbs and tree shoots be trimmed back for better visibility.

My water bill isn’t regulated and the water bill fluctuates and without information about why my bills are higher I am only a household of one person - and my power goes on and off and it’s off sometimes for longer than 8 hours. I also found out they have empty trailers and they are having us residence cover the bills for those empty trailers and that isn’t right.

Contractors came through behind the condos earlier this week to do tree work. They left a pile of wood chips or mulch and a tree limb dangling. I spoke to my property manager and they were not aware of the work and suggested I contact HAND.
