I would like to request that this street light be fully shielded, so that the light is redirected toward the ground. It shines brightly outward, into my windows across the street (particularly during seasons when the tree doesn't have leaves), which disturbs my sleep. I have tried room-darkening curtains; however my sleep health is better when I wake to the sun. Thank you for your consideration.
Please consider a stop sign on Southdowns and circle drive. People come up westbound on southdowns heading around the corner very fast. We have many walkers and children and it is a blind curve.

Sidewalk is blocked by overgrowth of shrubs. A great amount of pruning is needed.
Water ponding after rain. People walk on street or grass to avoid water ponding. One family had a stroller and had to go onto street to negotiate sidewalks filled with water.
The sidewalk on both side of our driveway have become a major trip hazard with about a 5 or 6 inch drop. We have small children that have tripped and fallen due to the root system of the trees that have caused the sidewalk to raise and crack. Additionally, small animals seem to make their way under the sidewalk.

The tree/roots between the sidewalk and road between 2704 and 2702 E Brigs Bnd has caused the sidewalk to tilt and hold water. This will pose an icy surface and is difficult with my walker. Dear Madam/Sir, I am writing to report an issue concerning the curb and storm drain located at the southern end of Stratford Dr, in front of our residence (3020 S Stratford Dr, Bloomington IN, 47401). The curb is currently obstructed by leaves, twigs, and organic sediment (as shown in the attached photo), impeding effective drainage during rainfall. As a result, our front yard experiences flooding with every rain shower. We kindly request that the curb and its immediate surroundings be thoroughly cleaned to restore proper drainage functionality. Once this maintenance is completed, we are committed to maintaining the storm drain area to ensure its continued effectiveness. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
