Letter rec'd. from Mr. Lauer stating that he did not feel that he should be responsible for rent owed by former tenant, Jeff Barrett. Mr. Lauer says he did not receive notice of the 2-years bills and would like matter referred to USB for resolution.

Last fall trees were cut, but never removed -- they are laying in the front yard. There is also an accumulation of misc "junk" (i.e. windows, architectural pieces) around the edge of the house.

BAGS AND BAGS OF TRASK ON THE FRONT PORCH AND IT IS SCATTERING INTO THE YARD. TODAY IS TRASH DAY AND THEY DIDN'T PUT ANY OF THIS OUT.
