Bag of trash not taken, wondering why. We had placed it in our proper city trash container and put by the side of the road like always. The white plastic bag of trash was dumped out and left near the can. I have pictures if any questions. If it was just a mistake, no problem. But we need to know if there is a reason it was not acceptable.

This is the trailer that caught fire recently. There have been people in the structure late at night, for multiple nights, with flashlights. There are also people there going through the property during the day, it is unsure if they are supposed to be there or not. There is also a strong smell of something dead over there. I assume it's just an animal but figured it might be good to get it checked out.
