Neighbor on the corner of Henderson and Hillside has left trash cans at the curb for nine days.

The tenants at 612 S. Park leave their trash cans out on the sidewalk longer than allowed by ordinance. Also, there is trash/debris in the alleyway and in the yard of 606 S. Park Avenue. The caller thought that the landlord should be notified of the tenant's behavior.
