Used drug needles have been thrown in my yard. How do I dispose of these and is there any city government agency that cleans this up. They are located on the Woodlawn side of the property.

Wait/Walk signals at Atwater and Woodlawn are confusing. Unless someone happens to press the button before the light changes, the wait signal stays on the whole time. Foreign students get especially confused. The 3rd and Woodlawn wait/walk signals can also be confusing, but are not nearly as bad.

Received email from the planning dept. The uncontainered trash bags around the back wall of 809 S. Fess are an increasing nuisance on our block. When I complain to the students, they clean up the alley a bit but do not put out their trash weekly. The raccoons, rats, ect. get into it and carry bits of garbage around the back alley, where my toddler and I like to walk. This week is a typical example of what is lying around back there.
