Lawn is not mowed and has gone to seen. The backyard is very bad. There is also garbage on the ground next to the garbage cans. Animals are getting into the bags. Evelyn Butler lives at 2414 E. 5th and gave the inspector permission to come onto her property in order to see the back yard.

Ignore my previous report about the street light at 4300 Janet Drive. It seems you guys fixed it a few days ago since last night it stayed on without flickering.

North Jordan Avenue over the Indiana Railroad needs serious repair work. I am trying to establish ownership of the bridge. I work for INDOT in Seymour. And would like to discuss this bridge with someone. Thank You.
