The lane markings on the 3rd Street bridge over Highway 37 are almost completely gone, so it is very difficult to tell where the lane divisions are, especially going east. This is complicated by the fact that the reflective things inserted in the street are not where the lane divisions are. It would be really good to get them repainted. Thank you.

Question: The Bloomington Speedway noise on Friday nights has gone as late as 12:40 a.m. Is that legal? In fact, I hear race cars today, and it should only be on Friday nights, right? Would love to know if there are any laws regarding this annoyance? Thank you!

Today I parked in spot 115B on the east side of the square. I swiped my card several times, and it kept saying "transaction cancelled". I had just used my debit card at the store with no issues. I dug through the car for change, and was able to pay with change with no issues. But the meter refused to accept my card. I have never had a problem before, and it was very strange.
