I inherited the home next door which is 5916 South Phyllis St Bloomington IN 47403. I am trying to sell the property but the Realtors have indicated that the condition of the neighbor’s yard next door 5918 is severely devaluating all the homes on the street. There are trucks and junk and weeds in the yard. Other neighbors keep up their yards. The traffic light at Walnut and Miller has been behaving differently for the past couple of weeks. Walnut is staying red for a really long time with no one on Miller and the pedestrian signs showing a solid orange hand (no pedestrians present). Two nights ago, at 10pm or so, I was stopped with what ended up being 10-20 cars at the light on Walnut while Miller was holding green for no one forever. Miller used to turn back to red really quickly and keep Walnut moving. It's creating a big problem now.
