Other: This is the second time in the past few weeks that I have walked the b-line over to switchyard and all of the lights are off when it’s after dark. Surely you are aware of this issue, but thought I would report it just in case… It’s a little bit dangerous in the section between Patterson and switchyard Because it’s so dark with all the trees. It would be easy to run into someone on the B-line.
