Thank you for your email. We'll keep it under advisement for possible future changes. Right now I don't think we can make that change though. We have a contract with a very specific budget and there's no resources to alter that contract at the moment.
The public restrooms at the Police Substation at the north end of Switchyard Park are open until 11pm-ish. So those would be available at 6:15pm.
